Civil Engeneering Site Manager (m/f/d) or Technician (m/f/d)
We are looking for motivated employees to join our team in Neumünster.
Your responsibilities:
- Independent, comprehensive management of construction projects, taking into account technical, organizational, and economic aspects
- Coordination and review of subcontractors’ work on the construction site
- Serving as the primary point of contact for all project stakeholders, clarifying technical details both internally and with the client
- Preparation of quantity surveys and invoices
- Drafting and enforcing change orders
- Preparation of construction schedules
- Coordination of personnel and subcontractors
- Monitoring of the construction process and inspection of site results
Your Profile:
- A degree in civil engineering or a certification as a state-certified technician would be an advantage
- Initial professional experience in a similar role is desirable
- Proficiency in building codes and a solid understanding of guidelines and standards
- Analytical and results-oriented work style with a high degree of independence
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office applications as well as a billing and costing program (ideally iTWO)
- Negotiation skills and assertiveness
- Confident demeanor, flexibility, strong communication skills, and ability to work well in a team
