What you need to know
WHAT YOU BRING WITH YOU
- A secondary school leaving certificate is desirable
- Preferably basic knowledge of mathematics
- Physical fitness
HOW YOUR TRAINING WORKS
- After just 24 months, you will be qualified as a "civil engineering technician".
- After a further 12 months, you will be a "sewer builder".
- Training alternates between construction sites, the building yard, the inter-company training center and vocational school.
YOU DESERVE THAT
Building deep pays high! You will receive above-average remuneration during your apprenticeship:
- 935 euros in the first year of training
- 1,230 euros in the second year
- 1,495 euros in the third year.
START OF TRAINING
Training begins on August 1 of each year.

If you have impressed us during your training and successfully complete it, you are guaranteed a permanent job in our team! In the following years, Michel Bau will offer you numerous opportunities for further training, allowing you to take on more and more responsibility for the projects and your team:
- as a construction equipment operator (finally driving an excavator!)
- as a foreman
- as a foreman
- as a site manager
- as a Bachelor of Engineering (through a supplementary dual study program)
